Purchase Details
We accept most credit, debit and switch cards. If you wish to pay by cheque please contact us to arrange payment using the above details.
We reserve the right to make substitutes in packs. Any substitution will be equal to or greater value than the fireworks replaced.
Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item, please email us and we will provide you with a returns number. We accept goods returned within 7 days of delivery. Goods must be returned in the original packing and with all paperwork and accessories. If you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done without damaging the box and packaging, or damaging the product in any way. The product must be re-packaged as received in the original packing. We cannot accept the item if it has been damaged or used. Goods must be returned within 7 days from receipt of returns number. We are unable to accept returns of unwanted and non-faulty items after 7 days. You must organise the return of items at your own expense and risk. Goods returned without authorisation or outside of the stipulated time limits will not be accepted by our returns department.

Pricing Errors
Despite our best efforts there may be some error with our pricing. In this case we will cancel the whole order and give you the opportunity to reorder after the price has been adjusted. Also if pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes we have the right to refuse any orders listed with an incorrect price.
