At fireworkdeals.com we guarantee that all items for sale have free shipping to UK mainland addresses. Unfortunately we cannot accept orders for delivery addresses outside of the UK mainland area.
Delivery will usually take 3 to 5 working days.
We recommend that when planning an event you place your order at least 2 weeks in advance, to guarantee that your order arrives on time. We request the date of your fireworks event in order to provide the best service possible.
Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item, please email us and we will provide you with a returns number.
We accept goods returned within 7 days of delivery. Goods must be returned in the original packing and with all paperwork and accessories. If you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done without damaging the box and packaging, or damaging the product in any way. The product must be re-packaged as received in the original packing.
We cannot accept the item if it has been damaged or used.
Goods must be returned within 7 days from receipt of returns number. We are unable to accept returns of unwanted and non-faulty items after 7 days.
You must organise the return of items at your own expense and risk. Goods received without authorisation or outside of the stipulated time limits will be returned back to you and the cost charged to your account.
